2006 Spoiled Puppies and Their Families

Our granddaughters get to spoil them first...before they go to their new homes.

"Bentley's" family, Steve and Heidi

Just wanted to let you know that Bentley is doing great. He's adjusting well to his new home and is curious about everything (yesterday it was kids on scooters). He's met a few of the neighbors dogs and loves playing outside with them. And, he's getting huge! Almost 11 pounds now and he can finally make it up the front step by himself. Steve and I will definately keep you in mind if we're still in SC when your next litter comes. Thanks again.

We just want to thank you so much for this wonderful gift! Kara is in absolute heaven with her new best friend! We will try to send some pics of her as she grows over the next few weeks. Thank you so much for trusting us with this wonderful bundle of joy!

Thanks so much for everything you guys have done, I know that you go above and beyond what all our other friends have experienced with their breeders  we certainly appreciate it. I promised to send some more pictures of Hefner. Yesterday morning we took this one of him with his best friend Amber (a dobermann) and it is him perfectly, always looking tired and wanting a lay-down! We love him to bits and can't believe how well behaved he is for a puppy. We took him camping at the weekend and he never moved an inch all night - sleeping really is his favourite hobby. Thanks again for everything

I am the owner of  Lady  and couldn't be happier. The Britts were so helpful with everything. I have never had an experience like that before in purchasing a puppy. Most of the time you go, pick one out and go home. Being able to pick one out from the time they were born and seeing pictures every week made it feel like you were apart of that puppies life since the day they were born. Then picking her up, they gave her a bath, had a photo album for you of every picture they took and all information ready for you. You can really tell they care for the puppies, not just having them to make money. It was a wonderful experience and hope to do it again soon."  Paige Wilkes.

"Abbey"

 Hi guys,
Wanted to send you some updated pictures. I love going back to your website and looking at all the puppies growing up. I finally got a picture of Abbey in her favorite sunny spot outside on the lounge chair. You can see from the photos, she is a well loved little lady! She's very attached to her Dad, and her and our old cat Buster are finally friends. Buster was tolerable during that first puppy year. I can not believe she is already 1 1/2 years old. I couldn't imagine not having her now! She still loves her walks and she gets us out different places to go walking. Yesterday, we went to the USC Campus to walk around with our daughter who lives there. Thank you so much for what you do - not only have you given us such a joy, you have made many people's lives happier with your puppies! Thanks again. Trudie

Woodrow

Thank you so much for sending the Christmas card - it was great! I cannot believe how much Woodrow looks like his dad (Rosco). The picture of him was almost identical to some that I've snapped of Woodrow. Attached is a Christmas picture of my boy. He's all grown up now - but still acts like a puppy! Have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!

"Fred" with the Blossers

hi, I thought you would like to see some updated photo's of Fred. He is doing great, just one of the family now. Bill is just finishing up fencing in our yard so all three babies can run free.
Have you ever seen that old Disney movie " The Ugly Dachshund ", if you have never seen it, try to , I swear to you that Fred is the Bassett equilent of the Great Dane in that movie and its house ful of doxies. He thinks he is 'one of them', he likes to sleep burrowed under blankets like them, and thinks he is a lap dog. He does love to give kisses.
Always,
Bill and Marcia Blosser

  Al's best friend, "Howie"

Sherri and Victor, it was a pleasure for me to meet both of you. You guys are the best!!!!! you kept me informed about Howie since day he was born until the time of delivery. During the trip down to Miami, Howie slept most of the time, and when he woke up he was playing with us in the car, and happy to be with us. I want to thank you for everything that you have done for us and Howie. I will send you pictures as he grows up. I'm so happy that he is here with me specially when I come from work, always waiting for me. Thank you again for everything.

Handsome "Big Mack" at 4 months

JUNIOR

I just wanted to send you a picture of Junior as he nears his ten-month birthday. Of all the many dogs that Becky and I have had over the years, never have we had one with as sweet disposition and as cute as is he. He is also very smart, which I have found to be a more hidden trait in the other Basset Hounds that I have owned. Thank you very much for all the happiness that he has brought to our home.          Becky & Richard Cheatham
